TWG Consulting Inc. (“TWG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides practical consulting, marketing, lead-generation, and business-automation services for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through twgconsultingfl.com and our related internal Google Ads reporting and lead-quality tool.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:

• Contact information you send to us, such as your name, email address, company, and message.
• Technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and request timestamps.
• Business and campaign information provided by clients or authorized account operators for consulting, reporting, and lead-quality work.

Google Ads API data

Our internal tool may access Google Ads data for accounts that TWG is authorized to manage. This can include campaign, ad group, keyword, search-term, geographic, cost, click, conversion, and keyword-planning data.

We use this information to prepare reports, evaluate lead quality, improve campaign recommendations, and measure business outcomes. We do not sell Google Ads data, rent it, provide public API access, or expose raw Google Ads data through a public interface.

Where authorized and after lead-status definitions are validated, we may upload offline conversion events such as qualified lead, appointment booked, estimate issued, or sold job. We will use Google-supported identifiers and formats for those uploads.

How we use related lead and property information

For authorized client work, we may join first-party lead events with public property or permit information to evaluate lead quality by campaign and geography. This information is used for internal analysis, reporting, and human-reviewed recommendations.

Sharing and access

Access to internal Google Ads reporting data is limited to TWG operators and contractors working under TWG supervision and authorization. Clients may receive summarized reports and recommendations, but they do not receive direct access to our API credentials or internal reporting system.

We may use infrastructure and service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or operate our website and internal systems. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and keeping credentials outside public source code. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, client service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and auditability.

Cookies and third-party services

The TWG website does not intentionally use third-party advertising pixels or sell browsing information. Cloudflare may process technical request data to host, secure, and deliver the site. If we add scheduling, analytics, or other embedded services, those providers may set cookies or process information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending optional marketing messages. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Google API requirements

Our use of information received from Google APIs is limited to the purposes described in this policy and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising personalization or sell it to third parties.
